Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Technology
Practical EDI strategy, statements and implementation — with technology treated as a lever for inclusion, not an afterthought.
Part of the Tura Arutura ecosystem
Corporate training, inclusion and integration programmes, leadership development and Gaeilge-first cultural education — built from lived experience, delivered with joy.
Rooms that move, sing and talk — not just listen. Lived experience as curriculum, culture as the doorway to belonging. An academy, not a slide deck.
Ní neart go cur le chéile — there is no strength without unity. Tura Academy translates Tura Arutura's cultural practice and social-impact work into training that organisations can feel, measure and keep.

The approach
Every programme is shaped to your organisation — delivered in English, in Gaeilge, or bilingually, in person or online.
Keynotes, half-days and full days — participation first, never lecture-only.
EDI statements, policy and practical support that survives contact with the real world.
Pathways and materials so the learning keeps working after we leave.
Process
We listen: your people, your context and your goals — before we propose anything.
A programme shaped to your organisation — not off the shelf.
Facilitated sessions, in person or online — in English, in Gaeilge, or bilingual.
Tools, follow-up and measurement, so the learning sticks long after the room empties.
