Part of the Tura Arutura ecosystem

Learning rooted in culture.

Corporate training, inclusion and integration programmes, leadership development and Gaeilge-first cultural education — built from lived experience, delivered with joy.

Rooms that move, sing and talk — not just listen. Lived experience as curriculum, culture as the doorway to belonging. An academy, not a slide deck.

Ní neart go cur le chéile — there is no strength without unity. Tura Academy translates Tura Arutura's cultural practice and social-impact work into training that organisations can feel, measure and keep.

The approach

Embodied learning that stays with people

Every programme is shaped to your organisation — delivered in English, in Gaeilge, or bilingually, in person or online.

  • 01

    Workshops & facilitation

Keynotes, half-days and full days — participation first, never lecture-only.

  • 02

    Strategy & implementation

EDI statements, policy and practical support that survives contact with the real world.

  • 03

    Train-the-trainer & curriculum

Pathways and materials so the learning keeps working after we leave.

How an engagement works

Start a conversation
01

Discover

We listen: your people, your context and your goals — before we propose anything.

02

Design

A programme shaped to your organisation — not off the shelf.

03

Deliver

Facilitated sessions, in person or online — in English, in Gaeilge, or bilingual.

04

Embed

Tools, follow-up and measurement, so the learning sticks long after the room empties.

FAQ

Common questions

Who are the programmes for?

Companies and corporate teams, councils and public bodies, schools, colleges and universities, and festivals, arts and community organisations. Every programme is shaped to the room it will meet.

What is the difference between EDIT and COMIT?

EDIT (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Technology) helps organisations build practical, measurable inclusion. COMIT (Cultural Orientation, Mutual Integration & Training) helps newcomers and host communities integrate — mutually, in both directions.

Can sessions be delivered in Irish?

Yes — as Gaeilge, in English, or bilingually. Gaeilge-first delivery is a core part of the Academy's identity, especially for schools, festivals and cultural organisations.

What formats do you offer?

Keynotes and talks (45–90 minutes), half-day and full-day workshops, multi-week programmes, consultancy, and one-to-one or cohort mentoring.
